Get answers to your questions, get some helpful tips from one of our experienced pediatricians about caring for your newborn, and make sure your baby will get off to a healthy start. We look forward to meeting you and your family and promoting a nurturing environment right from the beginning!

At Forest Hills Pediatrics we strive to provide excellence in pediatric healthcare where compassion shapes every interaction, integrity guides every decision, teamwork strengthens every effort, and a supportive environment nurtures every child, family, and team member we serve.

We are a large, busy pediatric practice with 13 physicians. Our clinical staff members are expected to assist the physician with clinical needs including triaging patients, taking vitals and histories and administering medications and vaccines. Clinical staff are also expected to help maintain and update the medical records. RN's are expected to participate in telephone triage to the extent their clinical schedule allows.

Thank you to the over 7,000 patients who have already signed up for the new portal.

If you haven't yet signed up, check your email or call the office to be sent another invite. Call the office if you are having any troubles!

What can the portal do for you?

Request refills and forms. Message the office. Pay bills. Check on the status of referrals.

Schedule same day, and next day sick visits.

Currently there is no mobile app for the Portal but it is being developed and hope it will be available soon. However the website is mobile friendly and scalable to fit the screen size of the device being used. To view the Portal to display on your device:

Open a Google Chrome browser.
Navigate to the Portal site.
Click the ellipsis button to the right of the address bar and select More Tools > Developer Tools .
Click the Toggle device toolbar button.
To simulate the dimensions of a specific mobile device, select the device from the Dimensions list.

Schedule for 7 different sick appointment reasons...

We now have a SELF-SCHEDULING option. Every evening, you can book select next-day appointments through our patient portal. No phone call needed!

Available for self-scheduling:

**Cold/Cough Symptoms

**Ear pain

**Eye symptoms

**Fever over age 2 months

**Rashes

**Sore throat

**Urinary concerns

Appointment slots will open up late each afternoon for the following business day.

***If you do not see any openings, try your search again under a specific physician and then resume your search under 'ANY DOCTOR'.

If you still do not see any openings, come to walk-in or call the office in the morning so that our phone nurses can help find an appointment for your child. We can always accommodate a sick child .

For concerns not listed above, please call our office so our nurses can determine next steps.

If you need to cancel or need to reschedule, PLEASE call the office or send us a portal message with at least 2 hours advanced notice. Our no-show policy is also in effect for these appointments.

If you are requesting an appointment LESS than 1 HOUR notice , please also call the office to confirm, as your appointment may not reflect on our schedule that quickly.
