At FHPA we continue to innovate to keep our patients and staff healthy, as well as to make your appointment run as smoothly as possible. To create a healthy space for our vulnerable newborns, we reduced the size of our waiting room and built two rooms exclusively for newborn care. We value your time and are adament to do our best to keep waiting to a minimum and thus not require a large waiting room.



For scheduled appointments, you have the choice to text from the parking lot or feel free to enter the waiting room.

When you arrive for walk-in:

         Text your child's name to 616-260-1709

         Remain in your vehicle for further instructions

For well checks and medication management appointments for asthma, ADHD and mental health, please complete your survey(s) on the portal prior to your arrival. If you have concerns about symptoms of highly contagious illnesses such as chicken pox, measles or COVID, call the office prior to your appointment so we can accommodate you accordingly.
