Flu clinics on 9/16 & 9/22
We will be hosting Flu Vaccine Clinics September 16 and 22 for all patients 6 months and older.
The portal is open for registration. Please help save our staff time by registering online.
Follow these steps:
Login to the
portal:
1. Choose one of the vaccine providers (i.e. VACCINE A, B, C, D)
2. Select date to include September 16 or September 22
3. Type "vaccine" as reason for appointment (this is required)
4. Pick a convenient time
5. Repeat this for each child
Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule by sending a portal message or calling the office.
Although it is still optional to use the parking lot text check-in system for office visits and walk-in, we will NOT be using the parking lot text number for these clinics. Just come on in!!
If your child has an upcoming wellness visit, we will be happy to vaccinate them and any tag along siblings at their visit! You can also call us to schedule a nurse visit.
